You guys need to look into the integrated data service - this was the national data library before the ndl was a thing, a dom Cummings brain fart, that recieved £250m and came out with nothing after several years, mostly because departments straight up refused to give up sole control of their data and the project got completely wrapped up in knots trying to comply with data protection requirements.
